We operate a 10 day returns policy: from the date the order has been delivered to you. We want to ensure every customer is happy so we accept that some items will need to be returned or exchanged so we offer a full refund or exchange . All items must be returned within a 10 day period from the reciept.

Refunds we will not accept:
♡Items that have been worn, altered, damaged or marked.
♡Items that where purchased in the sale or a promotion
♡Any item that has been damaged/broken after wearing it. Our CHAINMAIL and CRYSTAL dresses our delicate material and must be taken care of
♡Any item that has been pre-ordered, personalised, custom made or ordered to a specific requirement
If a return or exchange is declined the customer will be responsible for return postage costs, we also do not cover postage fees for returns.
Please ensure that the postal service you use ensures that the product will be received by ourselves within the 10 days and is tracked. As VADAMALAY.BRAND will not be responsible for any items until we have received them.
